• MAIN ENTRANCE: We wash the windows next to the front door, inside and out, wipe down front door( depending on the material); water, soap detergent and  sponge to wash your baseboards, then dry cloth. Vacuum and mop floors. We wipe down/ dust reachable fans if securely reachable.

• BEDROOMS: We use water, soap detergent, sponge and lemon scent cleaner to wash your baseboards and wipe down every wooded door, then dry cloth. Wipe down wooded furniture, wipe down glassed tables, we wash glassed slide doors and windows, washing as we are able to reach inside and out. Wipe down/wash mirrors depending on the location, dust carefully fine picture frames and or paintings if asked by the owner. Vacuum and mop.

• BATHROOMS: We use water, soap detergent, lemon scented and sponge to wash your baseboards and wipe down wooded doors. Cleaning toilet and bowl ring stain treatment if needed. Our speciality: washing counter tops, mirrors, sinks, any windows in the bathrooms, wipe down cabinet doors, shower walls water stain treatment, shower glass doors water stains treatment, chrome taps water stains treatment, we wash your bath tubs, and we wash your showers floors, we rinse it and dry it carefully. Vacuum and mop.

• HALLS AND CLOSETS: We use water, soap detergent and  sponge to wash baseboards and wipe down white wooded doors,(louvered doors are not included in this package price, unless they've been painted recently) wipe down shelves, vacuum and mop.

• KITCHEN: We wash your baseboards with  a sponge with water, soap detergent and a lemon scented cleaner, wipe down top and bottom cabinet doors, inside cabinets, wipe down all counter tops, wash sinks, stove top treatment, bar counter top, wipe down glassed shelves, stainless steel appliance treatment, a slight cleaning inside fridge or a deep cleaning if needed(not included in this package), pantry doors, baseboards and shelves. Vacuum and mop floors.

• DINNER ROOM: We use water, soap detergent,  lemon scented cleaning supply and sponge to wash baseboards; windows and window shields washing, wipe down dinner table, chairs and any piece of furniture in that area. We wipe down/dust a china cabinet but won't touch inside, unless asked specificly by the owner for a difference fee. Vacuum and mop floors.

• LIVING ROOM: We use water, soap detergent, lemon scent supply and sponge to wash your baseboards; wash all the reachable windows inside and out, as well as glassed slide doors, wipe down tv area shelves, cleaning mirrors if is there any, dust paintings and picture frames( as directed by owner), wipe down living room tables and any furniture in the area, vacuum and mop floors.

• THIS PACKAGE INCLUDES A PRE ARRIVAL CLEANING. we do this cleaning a few days before your arrival. It's a refreshing cleaning, we make sure there won't be any dead bugs on bathrooms floors specially. We clean all the toilets, we wipe down bathrooms counter tops,  vacuum all floors and carpet. We use a duster to dust all the pieces of furniture and shelves, baseboards and doors, wipe down all the tables and kitchen counter tops, vacuum. And we make sure to wash again any sand from your slide doors and door through back deck, in case of a beachfront house.
